Friday!!

This is a sleepy Friday. The storms came in around 2:30 in the morning and woke us all up. Poor Sasha. She is terrified of thunder and lightning. I put her up on the bed with me again because she had jumped off. She was just shaking because she was so scared. I had to lay there with my hand on her so she could be comforted. It was really coming down, so it was hard for me to fall back asleep. I was definitely glad it was Friday. Any other morning and I might have called in sick. Scott has to work this weekend, so I guess it will be a weekend where I do a lot of work around the house. Spring decorations are going down and summer sea shells are going up. Today is Scott's day off, so I got him to change out my paintings. Mom and I walked 3 miles yesterday, but I probably ruined it all because he brought home a positively sinful dessert from Mahogany's. It was called "chocolate something". It was sooooooo good. I looked in to buying him golf lessons for our anniversary, but one lesson was $60 for one hour. We refuse to pay someone that much money an hour for something non tangible. Scott doesn't even make that much an hour. He found a Tulsa Technology golf class that he wants to take this summer instead. It's $120 for 20 hours of instruction. There is a catch. I just called and talked to him and the first night of class starts on my birthday from 6:00-8:00. I'm not very happy about that. That won't leave us any time to go out to eat together before hand, so I don't know what we're going to do. I guess Mom and Dad will have to make up for his lack of being there. Funny how that always works. 18 days of school left. Happy Friday and enjoy the weekend.
