Too Bad It's Monday. A nasty, cold, rainy, sleety Monday at that. Mom had to go to Claremore for a thing with Uncle Bill's estate, and I almost went with her. I wanted to, but it's harder for me to miss than her because I see 75 students a day. Friday night we went to the ballet. Louie was so cute. And yes, I did wear the dress and I didn't fall asleep. I didn't get to get my hair cut because Kelly was sick. So, Mom and I had to reschedule for Wednesday the 20th. Scott worked 16 hours on Saturday so Mom and I went rockwall climbing again, and then we went to the mall to do some Valentine's Day shopping. Then, Deb came over and we made cake balls and I made some Valentine's candy. She's going to come over tonight and finish the cake balls, and I think I will make some cupcakes and suger cookies too. We had Olive Garden last night. I hadn't had it in at least a month and I was really needing some! It is Valentine's week. tomorrow is Scott's day off and we ordered one of those heart shaped bavarian cream cheese cakes with ganache on top. He's going to go get it tomorrow so we can have some. That's what our wedding cake was, so I can't wait to have some. I also can't wait to go to the Melting Pot. Food makes me happy!
