Been a while

I know, it's been over a week. I tried to post a couple of days ago, but for some reason the computer wouldn't let me. That's what happens when you have a piece of crap, 7 year old computer. Anyways. I have been to 2 doctors appointments since I posted last. On my 29 week visit I got an ultrasound and was told he already weighed 3 pounds. I can't believe that. I wonder just how much he will end up weighing! My visit today went fine and I've been doing a good job of keeping my blood pressure down as long as I'm not having too much fun! It's going to be kind of difficult to take my b/p now, because last night Jerry attacked the monitor for no reason and bit a hole through the tube. Excellent. The thing cost $55. I think we can just get a replacement cuff and it won't be too much money. Stupid cat. I've had it with doctors visits though. Last week I was seen 1 hour after my appointment and today I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment. Talk about a way to get your blood pressure up. And, the same nurse has the audacity to try to weigh me on one of those old fashioned scales before I get to go pee. Today was the third time I informed her I would be going to the bathroom first, so you would think she would get the hint. She even had the nerve to tell me that it wouldn't make a difference on how much I weighed. Is she dense or what? We pre-registered at St. John's last week, and there we were seen 45 minutes past our appointment. What happened to good customer service? And, we were told we had to pay our deductible now and for the nights I would be staying there when we had the baby. I thought it was completely ridiculous. $450 worth of ridiculous to be exact, on top of a $350 pre-paid circumcision that his insurance will probably end up covering. I'm glad I have my flex plan. Hopefully they will go ahead and reimburse me for it. I got some cute things at the JBF sale. Mostly toys, but I did get a cute horse rocker for him for $25. It looks super cute in his room. I have finished all of his paintings, and I finished painting all of his letters for his name yesterday. What am I going to do with my time now you ask? Well, I bought a sewing machine, so now I'm going to learn how to sew. Wish me luck!
