Going on Vacation

Tomorrow is the big day. I've spent the last couple of days getting ready for our trip. The bad thing about having your house on the market is that it always has to look impeccable. A lot of times when people pack for a trip they leave their house a little chaotic, but we can't be those people. Actually, I seem to remember telling Scott that we needed to make sure our house was clean when we left for our cruise last year so it wouldn't be stressfully messy when we got back. I did have to vacuum today which was annoying. We're leaving the cats out and Scott's Mom is going to come over every couple of days and feed the fish and check on them. I hope they don't destroy the house while we're gone. Princess will be in her condo, but Jerry and Nelly will have the fun of the place. Unfortunately they are the orneriest. We're meeting Nathan and Amy tonight for dinner at P.F. Chang's, so it will be a nice little break from everything. We're still waiting to hear back from the back about our offer. The realtor said they got the paper work on Wednesday and she didn't think it would take longer than the middle of next week. Although, she said we should know something by last Friday. Hmmm. Unfortunately it's on a short sale, so the bank could decide to come in and put it in foreclosure and auction it off before we get to buy it. As long as they accept our offer next week. everything should be fine. I'm trying not to stress about it, because it is out of my control. Anyways, hopefully I will be able to borrow one of my family members laptops and blog during vacation!!
